Our refund policy is All Sales Are Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for a different item after an item is purchased. 

Exchanges


We only replace items if you receive the incorrect item. If you need to exchange it for the item you purchased, send us an email at cjsaystees@gmail.com to initiate the return process. After receiving your order, you will have 3 days to initiate an exchange. If the exchange is approved, please mail item in the original package and 100% unworn to the return address specified.

Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. Upon receipt, the return label shipping costs will be refunded to buyer using the original payment method. If you are shipping an order over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 7-14 Business Days using USPS, UPS or DHL. Once your order is shipped from our facility, we no longer have control over any shipping delays experienced by the carrier. You will receive an order confirmation after your order is placed and an email once your order is shipped, which will include your tracking number.
